7pm Texting Between Students and Teacher Still OK in Bountiful
After last week's debacle of a story involving alleged sexual encounters between a student and two of his teachers. But the Davis School District says it won't make any policy changes when it comes to texting between students and teachers. What?

8pm Crossing the Line
Somehow, the memorial crosses that dot Utah's highways in memoriam for the fallen law enforcement officials, have managed to offend at least one guy...so much so that the 10th U.S Circuit Court is reviewing the case right now. The question...if the crosses are over the line when it comes to church v state.

9pm WHY AMERICA STILL GOES TO THE FAST FOOD JOINT
In a down economy, we seem to be taking a serious look at where our money goes, how we spend it and tighten up those budgets, unless you're talking about two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese on a sesame seed bun. NOW THAT'S an investment. We're discussing our obsession with dollar menu comfort food in the land of the free, home of the whopper.

X-Ray Vision...Real and at the Airport 9pm!
You thought those TSA workers were creepy before...wait until they get their hands on Uncle Sam's X-ray goggles, all in the name of safety from terrorists...'do you have any terrorists in your pants ma'am? Step in the "machine" and we'll find out'. TUNE IN AT 9p!!

BOY FOR SALE 8pm
Turns out that whole "our child is for sale thing" was a joke that a loving parent was playing on his unruly kid. Calling it a joke makes it 1. OK 2. funny. In a down economy cheap kids are hard to find these days...Ethan and Alex discuss.

DAVE ROSE SHOW 7pm
Ethan and Alex are on an hour later tonight due to the Dave Rose Show. To make up for the lost hour, Ethan will be eating a full brick of processed cheese...tune in at 8 to see how his body reacts.
